Low Temperature Butterfly Valves

Categories

Extended bonnet design lifts the packing away from the cold zone. The stem remains sealed while the disc handles cryogenic media. A butterfly valve engineered for pipeline services at temperatures as low as -196°C. LNG terminals, ethylene plants, and air separation units.

These environments cause standard valves to freeze up and fail. The extended bonnet maintains packing temperature above freezing. Ice formation on the stem is eliminated, and seal failure is prevented. Constructed with low-temperature materials and cryogenically tested prior to shipment to verify performance at service temperature.

We are happy to answer any technical questions you may have.
