What is your company’s background? What is your global footprint?

We are a U.S.-based valve manufacturer with a long history in the industry. Leveraging advanced technology and extensive manufacturing experience, we hold a significant position in the global valve market. To better serve customers in the Americas and around the world, we have established two state-of-the-art valve manufacturing facilities in China. By integrating our global R&D resources with local manufacturing strengths, we provide customers with cost-effective valve products and solutions.

What are the core competitive advantages of U.S.-managed factories in Asia?

The core advantages of our Chinese factories are primarily reflected in three areas: First, price competitiveness. Leveraging local supply chains and large-scale production, we effectively reduce manufacturing costs, enabling us to offer customers prices that are more competitive than imported products. Second, delivery time efficiency. Our two major factories possess ample production capacity and efficient production scheduling capabilities, allowing us to significantly shorten product delivery cycles and meet urgent project demands. Third, we maintain substantial valve inventory reserves in both the Americas and China to ensure the fastest possible delivery times.

What types of valves does your company primarily supply?

Our core product line includes API-standard gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves. All these products are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with advanced international standards and are suitable for a wide range of fluid control applications across various industrial settings.

What materials are supported by the product? What special operating conditions can it accommodate?

We offer a wide range of material options, including various carbon steels (WCB, LCB, LCC, WC6, WC9, C5), stainless steels (CF8, CF8M, CF8C, 4A, 5A, 6A; bronze (C95800, C63800, C95500, C63200); and special steel grades developed for specific operating conditions, such as Monel 400, Monel 500, Incoloy 625, Incoloy 825, CN7M, Hastelloy C, and Hastelloy B. Different materials are suitable for complex operating conditions such as severe corrosion, high temperature and pressure, and cryogenic temperatures. For example, stainless steel is suitable for corrosive media applications such as chemical processing and LNG, while special steel grades can meet the requirements of extreme environments such as offshore oil platforms.

Our products are widely used in various sectors, including the petroleum, chemical, LNG, offshore oil platforms, desalination, and marine engineering industries. How are your products suited for the LNG sector?

Given the low temperatures, high pressures, and unique properties of the media in the LNG sector, our products utilize specialized cryogenic materials and sealing technologies. They are capable of stable operation in ultra-low-temperature environments as low as -196°C, ensuring safe and reliable fluid control during LNG storage, transportation, and refueling. Our products have been successfully deployed in numerous large-scale LNG projects.

Operating conditions on offshore oil platforms are complex. How does your company ensure the stable operation of its products?

Our products are certified under the ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) PDA design specifications and have received product type approval. To address the complex operating conditions on offshore oil platforms—such as high salt fog, severe corrosion, and vibration and shock—we use corrosion-resistant, high-strength special steel materials. Our products feature reinforced sealing structures and impact-resistant designs, and have undergone rigorous environmental simulation testing. As a result, they can effectively withstand the harsh marine environment and ensure the long-term stable operation of the platform.

Which standards do your products comply with? How is quality ensured?

All products are designed and manufactured in strict compliance with relevant API (American Petroleum Institute) standards, and meet both U.S. and international industry quality specifications. We conduct various types of testing, such as low-leakage tests in accordance with ISO 15848-1, API 624, API 607, and API 6F fire resistance tests, as well as Shell TAT tests. Our factory is equipped with advanced testing equipment, and we have established a comprehensive quality control system covering the entire process—from raw material procurement and production to finished product shipment—to ensure that every product meets high-quality standards.

Can you provide customized product solutions?

Yes. We have a professional R&D team that can provide end-to-end customized services—from product design and material selection to manufacturing—based on customers’ specific operating conditions and project requirements, thereby meeting their unique fluid control needs.

What is the typical lead time for product delivery?

Thanks to our large warehouse inventory in the U.S. and the efficient production capacity of our two factories in Asia, lead times for standard products have been significantly reduced. Standard-spec products are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks. For customized products, the delivery timeline is confirmed upon contract signing based on specific requirements to ensure that the customer’s project schedule is not affected.

‌1. Wedge-Type Self-Tightening Seal Structure‌
Featuring a rigid/elastic wedge-type gate plate designed with an optimized angle, the valve achieves a self-tightening seal during closure through the combined force of the stem thrust and medium pressure. It maintains zero leakage even under low-pressure-differential conditions, eliminating the risk of medium leakage at its source and significantly enhancing pipeline operational safety; The elastic gate automatically compensates for thermal expansion and manufacturing tolerances. Long-term use prevents issues such as sealing surface sticking or uneven wear, directly extending the valve’s overall service life by more than 30% and reducing the frequency of routine seal replacements.

‌2. Full-Bore, Turbulence-Free Flow Path Design‌
When the valve is fully open, the internal flow path aligns perfectly with the pipeline, with no protrusions or constrictions, resulting in virtually zero flow resistance. This design supports the loss-free conveyance of high-flow media and allows pipeline cleaners to pass through smoothly, preventing the accumulation and jamming of impurities within the valve cavity; At the same time, the medium does not directly impact the sealing surfaces at high speeds, significantly reducing erosion wear on the sealing surfaces and minimizing unplanned shutdowns for maintenance caused by flow path blockages or seal failure. 3.Tiered Valve Body Forming Process
Conventional nominal diameters are produced using precision casting in a single piece, while high-pressure, small-diameter valves employ an integral forging process. Strict adherence to API and ANSI standards ensures pressure-bearing stress optimization, resulting in a valve body free of porosity and weak stress points. This enables stable operation across a wide range of operating conditions, from low to high temperatures, and eliminates the safety hazard of valve body cracking under extreme pressure; Combined with a dual-seal packing of flexible graphite and stainless steel, the valve stem area is leak-free, and frequent packing re-tightening is unnecessary throughout the entire lifecycle, further reducing on-site operation and maintenance workload.

The valve stem features a blowout-proof safety design; even under abnormal high-pressure conditions within the chamber, the valve stem will not be forced out or dislodged by the medium, structurally preventing safety incidents in high-risk operating conditions.
