Each of our pinch valves is designed with a focus on durability and performance. The core component, the elastomeric sleeve, is crafted from high-quality materials like natural rubber and EPDM, featuring reinforced structures to ensure exceptional corrosion resistance, wear resistance and pressure-bearing capacity. This sleeve serves as both the inner lining and a barrier isolating the medium from the valve body, directly executing the shut-off action and determining the overall performance of the valve.
What is a Pinch Valve?
A pinch valve is a type of valve that controls fluid flow by squeezing a flexible sleeve or tube (usually made of elastomer material) via mechanical or pneumatic actuators. When the actuator applies pressure, the tube is pinched closed to stop fluid flow; when the pressure is released, the tube rebounds open to allow fluid to pass through.This design is especially suitable for handling abrasive, corrosive or high-viscosity fluids. It minimizes contact between the fluid and valve structural components, reducing the risk of wear and contamination.
